Homebound Delivery

The Library has a proud tradition of offering homebound service to Lakewood residents who are unable to leave their home, whether on a temporary or permanent basis. Homebound patrons may have Library items delivered directly to their residence. This service is made possible through the generous work of the Friends of Lakewood Public Library who provide and maintain the Library van.

Deliveries are made every Tuesday. There are two ways to make a request:

  • Call (216) 226-8275, ext. 110;
  • Print, complete, and give this form to the Library.
